Senior National Account Manager

We are hiring on behalf of a global beauty brand famous for their staple products, they are in a pivotal stage in their growth with NPD launches taking place this year.
With industry leading products and organic social reach from the likes of Bella Hadid, Beyonce, The Kardashians and more they are at the forefront of cultivating luxury within the products positioned in the likes of Harrods, Sephora and many more.
Here is what you will typically do within your role:
Develop strategies to grow existing accounts as well as onboard new accounts
Managing accounts with Sephora UK & US, Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Saks, Douglas, Fenwick and more
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national retail accounts
Negotiate terms and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability and market share
Work cross function within the business with NPD, marketing and the founder when implementing new growth strategies
Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior management
Identify and pursue new retail opportunities in the UK, EMEA and US
Analyse and manage retailer P&Ls, ensuring financial objectives are met
Working directly with the CEO to develop the brands presence and direction
What you will need to succeed:
5+ years of experience in national account management within the beauty industry
Experience working within a SME or small team
Proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful relationships with national retail accounts
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to inform strategic decisions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and managing end to end sales processes and strategies autonomously

Paving the way for all things skincare and beauty they are looking for someone to come lead the social direction and content as they introduce their first skincare line to their product line.
Here is what you will typically do within your role:
End to end strategy planning of all NPD launches
Producing full 3, 6 and 12mth strategy plans for all social channels.
Taking full ownership of the Instagram and TikTok channels.
Create end to end strategy plans across all social media platforms year round.
Building out and managing your own in house team for the social and marketing function to maximise growth within the brand.
Ensuring cohesion throughout all platforms, content, and campaigns.
Working with your affiliate manager to ensure paid content campaigns and guidelines are met.
Analyse key data consistently to proactively adapt to trends and content performance.
Driving key brand community within all platforms.
Maintaining the brands aesthetic.
Staying ahead of trends whilst looking at new and innovative ways we can be ahead of the industry with our unique placement in the beauty space.

Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are on the look out for an experienced Influencer & Affiliates Manager who will support the Marketing teams by overseeing and directing the influencer-based marketing strategies for a fast-growing beauty company, taking social media by storm!
In this role, you will outreach to influencers that align with the company's product line and strategic goals to boost social media exposure, closely manage media campaigns, keeping an eye on market trends whilst growing their affiliate channel.
Responsibilities:
Structure and manage influencer campaigns, closely monitoring the direction of content they produce
Taking ownership and building out the affiliate channel
Building out the affiliate channel and optimising campaigns across TikTok and Instagram
Source and engage with influencers globally following the brands guidelines
Negotiating contracts, compiling scripts and briefs for collaborations
Signing off on content before being pushed across social channels
Implementing a full growth strategy for the affiliates channel.
With capacity to build out this department and hire within.
Reporting directly to the CEO
What you'll need:
Minimum 3 years previous influencer outreach management and campaign management experience
Strong understanding of using affiliate systems and how to strategise these.
Previous experience within beauty or fashion
